5. Performance and Delivery

Project timelines and delivery schedules are estimates and depend on various factors including client cooperation and environmental conditions (for physical installations). We commit to keeping clients informed of any significant changes to projected timelines.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
